Update source code, replace Chapter 8 Alchemy with Watson Discovery #6

the 'complete' files have been extensively commented to explain all the code. Chapter 8 has been updated to use Watson Discovery News instead of the deprecated Alchemy news. Changes to chapter 8 are explained the README.md file for that chapter and in the source code. A video will come shortly to replace the existing video.
