Description

Currently the conversion rate between RDDL and PLMNT is fixed to 1:100 but since the value of RDDL is variable whilst the value of PLMNT is pegged to the price of a solar W we need a monitor to check the conversion rate for a given timestamp.

we can only do that when RDDL is listed on at least one exchange.
