Removing data from non visible sources #6

Data are currently flagged when the source is not visible for one of the stations. It would make more sense to remove these visibilities from the MS.

Yes, it would. But we have opted to keep them flag at present to keep a regular grid which is required to use the GPU-accelerated package MontBlanc. If we can solve that, we would delete them. It also helps with other aspects of the code at the relatively small cost a larger dataset.
