Board sometimes hanging #12

Not entirely sure if this is stonks related, but very well could be. Sometimes the board will hang and be stuck displaying a chart. In looking at the logs, the weather API is still running so it's not that the python script has hung. I'm guessing that the stock data download is somehow hanging and not returning control to the next board. Add a timeout to the downloads.
