Fix logging for log4cxx 0.13.0 #1263

On June 20, Rosen asked me and Lenik about the current building status on normal Debian/Ubuntu. Then I found this on Debian bookworm.

This log4cxx is one issue. The other issue is that ffmpeg changed to version5 and API changed a lot. Hence I needed to set -DOPT_VIDEORECORDING=OFF.
