Detect forge urls using the SWH api #13

Idea from Matthieu Haefele: when visiting any web page, we could use a SWH maintained list of known forges and forge types to activate the extension.

This seems a wise way to simplify use of the extension, but requires some development on the SWH side.

Superceded by the simple UI improvement incorporated in 0.6.6 that allows to add a visited forge to the optional list.
