[RDK-34521] Create JSON schema for BundleGen templates/metadata files #69

Initial version for JSON schema verification task
Adding the metadata schema & platform schema files. Platform schema files will contains rules for both platform JSON & platform_libs.json
Added the validation part in bundle processor.
In this implementation, OCI bundle will not be generated in case there is a mismatch with the schema files.
Verified that the OCI bundle was generated successfully for the other existing apps in meta-dac-sdk repo to check for schema compatibility.
