Remove S20 power module #52

The S20control.py in framework/core/powerModules is a modified copy of the S20Control python library in https://github.com/glenpp/OrviboS20/tree/master. This script is currently licensed under the LGPT-2.0 licence which is not compatible with our Apache licensed code, therefore this code needs removing.
