The Yaml Runner library is intended to be a simple, extendable python library that parses yaml files and runs the commands listed in them.

The library must have:

The ability to parse yaml files and run the commands listed in them.
A simple argument parser that can be extended.
- This parser should handle --config and --help
Documentation for the libraries design and usage.

Documenting this has taken longer than expected, with the addition of me going on holiday in-between. Hunch the end date moving.
