Updates for the new conda #64

This builds Release_2018_03 I've tested the python builds on Linux (centos6 and Ubuntu 16.04), Windows (though not python2.7), and the Mac.

The rdkit-postgresql recipe still needs to be updated and some general cleanup is required, but this much should at least be on development.

Nice, I was just looking at building the current master in these days, I'll share some comments either tonight or in the weekend.

it looks good to me, it makes sense to merge it before addressing the other parts. could you please just double-check the source activate root in cairo_nox/build.sh too, before merging it?
