It is possible that the recent versions of Outlook do not use Simple MAPI. Try
another mail program, for example Mozilla Thunderbird. Doesn't simple MAPI work
with it too?

I have found that this is working with Thunderbird but not Outlook 2010, so
maybe indeed a SMAPI problem for the new Outlook (not Windows 7).
The problem here is that one cannot just tell customers to 'use another e-mail
client', especially in corporate environments.
Any ETA for the fix for this issue? It will be much appreciated!
Thanks for the good work!

I plan to upgrade to Outlook 2010 and find ETA to fix this. If you wish to
speed up the fix, you can donate (we plan to order a professional Arabic
translation of CrashRpt lang file, and your donation would be much appreciated).

I've updated my Outlook to 2010 version. And it seems that CrashRpt works with
it... How do I reproduce the problem?

I can't remember whether we used 1.2.7 at that stage or if we had already
upgraded to 1.2.10 -- I'll have a look if I can still reproduce the issue
(SMAPI is not our default, so I rarely test/check it).

I can't reproduce the problem with my Outlook 2010. I plan to close this issue
soon (probably with upcoming release), if there is no confirmation from issue
reporter.

I have now tried this issue again (using Outlook 2007 on Windows 7), and I can
still reproduce the problem. Please let me know how I can help you to figure it
out.
We are on 1.3.0.

Can you copy the log that is produced in the Sending Error Report dialog when
sending error report over Simple MAPI?

I'll do on Wednesday, I'll be out of the office till then.

Sorry, I seem to be confusing this issue with another issue.
It seems that SMAPI *is* working -- the issue we have is that under some
circumstances (e.g. when using the SMAPI option inside our own organisation)
the sending itself has an issue that the mails are undeliverable.
Sorry for the inconvenience. You may close this issue again.
