Password protection for admin #15

It should be possible to protect the admin area with a password.

With the password protection, is this to stop anyone from being able to play 
with or view the settings?

It would be good if no settings were viewable by default unless logged in. i.e. 
Even when I set $demo = true; Settings can't be saved but my PVOutput API key 
is visible to all and I'd really like to be able to view measureit anywhere I 
have internet but don't want that sort of information viewable by the public.

Solved in version 116 that is available to download

With $demo = true in the meaureit_functions_php no keys or passwords will be 
visible and no editing is possible
