Alert settings do not propagate to new computers #58

when you apply an alert to all or a group/tags, any computers that come along 
later, do not 
automatically have the alert applied. This requires a little thinking on the 
backend, as the groups 
and all are really just aids in the interface. Under the hood, the alert is 
being assigned to each 
individual computer. After-the-fact, we don't currently store any information 
to keep track of the 
group/all settings.
