Incorrect local time for events #77

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. set local time zone for user account
2. look at time of events
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect to see local time as per account setting
Actually see time in US somewhere.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Online service
