allow scripted actions to take place on an alert such as restart, etc.

also, allow an interface to the underlying AT/CRON system for scheduling 
events. It would also be good to 
trigger an alert based on the result of the job. (failed restart, backup, etc)

It would really help if we could have the scripts actually carry out functions 
on 
the remote machine. EX. monthly maintance scripts etc.
