Airplane class #2

Hey Chris, I've been looking at the code and am wondering what your functions 
and variables do in the Airplane class files. If you could please put a little 
more detailed description for them, it'd be easier for me to help you.

Such as for add_passenger(), do you just want the number of people on the plane 
to increase? Is max_passengers that variable or is it the capacity number of 
people able to get on (30)?

I made a quick template.... i havent really implemented anything ..but ill add 
comments to see if you can implement some stuff
