Describe the present state
1. Hardware has built a robot that we can use to home steering code

What needs improving/what is the problem?
1. Right now, we don't have good steering code; when attached to the robot it 
goes left/right/not in a fixed direction.

Suggestions on how this should be fixed? Or links to resources/references?
1. Work up from detecting which direction to turn.
2. Then, work on PID-style

The code used in StraightSail is believed to be an accurate method to steer 
towards a target. However, it's not steering consistently (first 30 seconds 
seem great, after that it's not turning the motors). See issue 17.

Seems to be working now that compass is in sample mode; only issue is pololu 
craps out sometimes.
