Setup Zigbee and test for noise #15

We need zigbee going to watch output as we prototype sail code in the boat (the 
USB cable isnt long enough to read arduino's serial output).

We know that hooking up zigbee will probably interfere with our data collection 
(noise), hence it needs to be tested and Hardware needs to work on 
shielding/noise reduction.

Seems to be working; no noticable extra interference with the sensors.
