Finish testing navigation code (ie sail up wind or straight to waypoint); 
almost done, commented out in void loop() alpha5

Parking lot tested; seems to tell when it's at the waypoint, not sure it's 
taking the proper path towards the waypoint, or if it's tacking upwind. Also 
need to take compass declination into account.
