Modify config to support debug and release builds #4

Replace TARGET directive with following contents:

CONFIG(debug, debug|release) {
    TARGET = qsqlfirebirdd
    DESTDIR = bin/debug
    MOC_DIR = tmp_moc/debug
    OBJECTS_DIR = tmp_obj/debug
} else {
    TARGET = qsqlfirebird
    DESTDIR = bin/release
    MOC_DIR = tmp_moc/release
    OBJECTS_DIR = tmp_obj/release
}
