Reorganize the files in the DB module #11

The names are currently a bit too long. We should come up with a good
naming scheme/directory hierarchy for storing "optional" parts of the DB
module (as of now namely the user model stuff) so future enhancements will
fit in better.

Possible new names:

 remote_core/ -> core/
 reservation_model/ -> reservation/
 user_model/ -> extra/user/
 diku_specific_infrastructure/ -> extra/diku/

A better name than "extra" could be "plugins", "addons", ..., where each feature
folder can contain a `scripts` and `tables` sub-folder as the current practice 
do.
