Reorganize the files in the GUI module #15

Similar to issue 11, files in the GUI module should be reorganized (again!!
;) to make it easier to also develop it in the various Java IDEs (Eclipse,
NetBeans etc).

The main problem is that the source should be located with respect to the
package structure. Note, it might also make sense to rename some of the
packages when doing the reorganizing.

In the future, maybe this module should rather be named "client" or something 
so it
can be used for also containing a future "automatic job" client.
