Place temporary mote program file in device hierarchy #24

Currently the mote program files are stored in
/var/run/motehost-MOTEMAC.s19 which should be safe in terms of uniqueness,
however, placing them in the device hierarchy as .../MOTEMAC/program or
similar seems better and will fit even better when issue 23 takes effect.
