Consider using http://code.google.com/docreader/ for providing a structured
view of REP, developer and project documentation.

An initial step is to create a TableOfContents and an Index wiki page.

It is a work in progress, but mark it as fixed since the DisplayName and Index 
pages
have now been populated.
