--server only works for TCP #2

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. ask an UDP-based communication
2. add --server option

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Stress should open an UDP socket and wait for connections. However it's not, 
basically ignoring --server option

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.

This is just a reminder to complete the "server" feature and add UDP support.
