"Shutdown client" confirm dialog shouldn't resize

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Go to Advanced -> Shutdown connected client. Confirmation dialog opens. 
The Maximize button is enabled, and the window can be resized from the 
edges.

It doesn't make much sense for this dialog to be resizable.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Synecdoche r319 (trunk), Kubuntu Hardy, compiled against wxWidgets 2.6.7 
Unicode.

Please provide any additional information below.
In addition, the dialog box titlebar is "Synecdoche (pre-release) - 
Shutdown the current client..."; I'd drop the application name and the 
final ellipsis.
