4.6.1 compile error - missing chmod() include

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. download wvstreams-4.6.1
2. try building
3. compile error as reported here:

I attached a patch to fix the build. Removed <sys/types.h> include since it is 
already included in wvunixdgsocket.h
