Add Google Scholar as a source #5

No API and hard to scrape, so exploring ways to use email alerts. Can this b automated via email forwarding and web hooks?

For now manually store email as .eml file in the latest folder, convert to JSON using harvest-gs-email.php, then add to datastore.
