What I Meant Was: A user can select text and choose to add a highlight, and have that highlight stay with that book for that user

Testing Criteria:

• A user can select text
• There is a 'highlight' option
• The text can be rendered as highlighted
• The DB tracks where that highlight is, for that user

Definition of Done: A user can select and highlight text and have that highlight remain with the book.
