What I Meant Was: A user can select a spot in the text and create a note about the passage, and that note will stay with the book for that user.

Testing Criteria:

• A user can select a spot in the text and have the option to create a note
• Notes can be written and saved

Definition of Done: A user can create a note and the note will stay with that book for that user
