[DaughterBoard] Invalid use of blind vias #5

The board house (OSHPark) does not support blind vias. The RF wave guide and power planes need to be redone.

As a plus, this allows the submission of the daughterboard to the alternate fabrication service.

Seeed studio supports blind vias I think.

Getting the manufacturing run out quickly is of high priority, so I feel that we should deprioritize this if we can get it manufactured the way it is.

I could not find a reference suggesting seed does blind bias.

Their pcb order guidelines seem to indicate that there can be inner vias and traces.

Edit: I just now realized that blind vias and inner vias are not the same, so there is a decent chance that Seeed does support inner vias, but not blind vias.
