Crouch slide #19

Preliminary version of crouch slide. New cvar: g_slideSlowAccel sets the acceleration when g_slideMode is 0. Acceleration is soft capped to zero.

Is it OK if I merge this now? Or do you expect a complete rewrite?

You can merge it if you wish, but I'm changing how mode 1 works. Mode 0 should remain the same.
