Timecode in MP4 or MKV isn't working #178

Hi,

Thanks for all the development work on this so far. Just raising an issue in that the time code in VLC looks a little strange. It know it's length ok.

eg 1.mkv it says in VLC on the left hand side the current time is '351909:41:29'

Hope this is an easy fix. I think it might be that the bit rate info is missing?
