mouse global position arent updated after window move

So the mouse gets out of sync if you move the window?

Yes. For client is OK. For full window not. Verticial position need some offset. I guss there is offset is diffrence between full and client window

Without moving window is OK also for full window, but after move it looks like here (i moved mouse to the corners) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nqBR30uCbJY&feature=youtu.be
