Updating license in CRAN as well? #1

Hi @rdpeng

Looks like you licensed it as MIT recently, and bumped the version as well. If possible could you please push this to cran as well?

We actually needed the package in debian, and having a free license at CRAN would be awesome!

@rdpeng Any plans to resurrect gpclib on CRAN? I see it has been archived there and thus triggers check notes for its reverse suggests (including two packages I maintain). Thanks!
