How can I get an update of the files in the resources directory? As far as I can see the files over there are not updated when there is a new release of fungene after a NCBI update. Is it possible to get the files synchronized with the Fungene 8.7 release?

Hi, Mattias,

The update of files in the Fungene resource folder is not not directly linked to the regular data release synched with NCBI. Although it is a bit overdue, Github is still the best way to get the updates.
