1 year ago Unfortunately, the RDP server has died and there are no plans to replace it. Funding will not be renewed, the staff have retired or moved to other positions, and the office is closed.
We think FunGene is still useful and are looking for someone to take it over. We have an Amazon Machine Image that is still being tested. Once finalized, conceivably it could be run by individuals, i.e. as a stand-alone application. Look to https://john-quensen.com/blog/ for notices.

Is the FunGene website (http://fungene.cme.msu.edu) still being maintained? There might be a lot of change of personnel in RDP but it will be so sad if FunGene is down permanently.
