Need to launch a repo sync post-script to view the erratas #1

When running the script, the erratas are successfully imported but the data appears in Katello only after a new sync of the repos.

This is working as intended as I've not come up with a smart way to resync the repos after the errata is uploaded. I've gone ahead and added this info to the README.
