Weird behavior of the scrollbar in the left panel of GUI in Myra AllSamples demo in a Myra.PlatformAgnostic

when you make the window width smaller so that the scrollbar appears on the left part, scroll to the right and then restore the window size, it will result in scrollbar keeping same offset as if the window was still scaled down
