Remove unused variables/arguments
Rename variables that shadow other variables
Bump Solidity for contracts that use custom errors in 0.8.0 (before their introduction in the language)
Remove commented code
Add a shared global remappings file to fix imports issues

This PR solves all the compiler warnings.
