Issue where node-gyp won't install on Python 3.11 (see https://stackoverflow.com/questions/74715990/node-gyp-err-invalid-mode-ru-while-trying-to-load-binding-gyp)
The project was developed with debian buster, so link to the download link for that specific OS build in the docs instead of latest
