Past, non-closed reward still show in the issue panel #3

Title say it all

expl: Let's suppose we have a reward which expires on date D1. We're in D2, where D2 > D1.

D1 should not be shown in the form when adding a reward, any attempt to add a reward will have due date > D1 therefore will fail.
