How to deal with competitors that do not show up to judged events? #269

I don't feel like there is currently an appropriate way to deal with this now. This often occurs in Flatland, Street and X-Style. Currently we (me or event director) go in and mark them as withdrawn in the competitor list after the fact (or perhaps during the competition). But withdrawn is not the same as DNS. Withdrawing is a choice by the competitor or director before the competition starts.

This is also relevant for how the scoring is done. Right now, a withdrawn competitor has an "unknown" result for externally ranked competitions (i.e. X-Style). They should either not show up on the results or show up as DNS.

Some people got injured during the event, so they can't start althgouh they want. Would like to "label" them, similar to DQ or DNS.

@gossi "during the event" means "during Unicon" not "during X-Style Male Prelims", correct?
