First crack at some copy for custom output types #145

@rdwatters Just thought I'd get something on the board here, so we can refine this.

Note that I'm going to try to get someone to make the icons all look like they belong together.

Also note, that when this PR is merged we'll also need to make a change to the underlying theme to accommodate the new item (because I had made the last item sit in the center when we just had five). With that, we can move the other icons up into the site from the theme.
