"undefined" in various file names and what not #10

lately I have noticed more and more file names having "undefined" in them. Also just noticed it in a confirmation email.

Normal prints are ok, I think i see it on press, metal and the one in an email was for prints with text.

Report example:

This seems to be caused by having multiple IDs set to the same thing - like 1. IDs should be unique. For example, a template with an image node and a text node, both with ID=1 will do this.
