Hey Ron, I was wondering if you ever offer advice with people who are new to having ROES as a option for customers?

ROES Server v3 to Current v2 Labs
On Monday, April 25th, SoftWorks Systems Inc. will begin deploying ROES Server v3 to labs currently using ROES Stand Alone Server v2. All current functionality - folder structures, order numbering, reports, email and printing - will remain the same. One change that you will notice at first startup with the new version will be the login page.
ROES Server v3 will require you to log in to the server the first time it is run from v2. The pane will appear inside the server screen as:
For the first login, enter admin as the name and your lab key for the ROES Server as the password (this is NOT your order file password). If you are unsure of what the lab key is, please email support@softworkssystems.com mailto:support@softworkssystems.com this week and we will provide it. Once entered the server will allow entry to the usual panes and add the Color Correction and Listeners panes. You can then exit the software to commit the login data, then relaunch it again to begin processing orders. A video showing the login screen can be found here.
New Functions of Note
The ROES Server v3 has been greatly enhanced since it debuted in 2014. Be sure to take advantage of the following functions:
1) Start/Stop Buttons - These are now located at the top of the Server screen
2) Auto-start on Printers - a checkbox on each Printer or Agent allows it to be started with the Server
3) Orders Tab Contextual Menu - right-click in the Orders tab entries can allow you to enqueue orders or selected items to a particular queue, including altering a single item's quantity
4) Send Log Button - The Options pane has a button to email the server's log file for support needs
5) DP2 Agent - For labs using DP2, the ROES Server's DP2 Agent can push orders directly into the DP2 database

ROES Client 9.5 Coming Soon!
The new ROES Server v3 will be needed to process most orders from the upcoming ROES Client 9.5, especially the new multi-order capability shown at the RUG Meeting last week. If you missed the 2016 RUG, please visit the RUG Archive area at www.roes-u.com http://www.roes-u.com/.

Sure - feel free to ask in here somewhere (new issue) or give me a call at my shop, happy to help if I can. I see you are in IPI as well, there is a ROES section in the IPI forum but no one really uses it much.
