XML file imports but doesn't print WO - sporadic problem #69

Lately we have noticed a sporadic problem where LW will import an XML file but won't print it for some reason.

This is only happening in the morning when we fire up the LW server and it imports the XMLs waiting from over night (we turn off the LW server every night).

It has never happened in the middle of the day.
