On this order the problem was an image was corrupt. To fix it, use the ROpack utility - drag the .ro file into it, wait for it to expand it, then export/save all the files somewhere so you can look at them.
One of the folders will have all the original images in it, open this in bridge and make bridge show you the largest image it can - which hopefully will make it so you can see which one is corrupt. When you find the corrupt one, open it in photoshop and resave it.
Then drag the entire folder of contents back into the ROPack utility to repack it into a ,ro file. The folder you will do this to will look something like order_terri@gmail.com_152d7a21b21_465
Then drop that file back into the roes incoming folder.
On this order that still did not work, I think because we did not clear out the workingfiles directory - that folder had to sub folders for this order, probably should have deleted them first. Instead the .ro file in there got locked and we couldn't delete it and neither could the roes server. Had to close the roes server to release it then delete it, then restart the roes server and drop the roes file into the incoming folder again.
error processing an incoming roes order.
