we had a roes order that came in and was shipped to the wrong address - it went to a totally different customer.
This came in thru labworks and shipped via endicia.
When looking at the record in endicia, the shipping number for labworks had an 'e' in it. So instead of it being something like 123456 it was 1234e6 and when I entered that number again into endicia pro the same wrong address came up - so I think the barcode had a flaw, and rather than throw and error saying it didn't recognize the number it some how matched a different address.
