Add remarkable-shortcuts #168

Hi!

I normally wouldn't bother plugging myself in, but I don't see anything equivalent (ddvk's remarkable-touchgestures is close but not quite as flexible) and this might interest other hackers... I didn't add my pipes-and-paper fork I did a few years back and someone else did another fork to also handle eraser recently, so might as well consolidate, and it's easy to hack & good enough to use.

@martinetd have you seen genie yet? I expect you'd be able to accomplish similar things with it as well.

Hadn't seen genie (nor rmkit) before no, it doesn't appear to be in this list either?

I'd need to look up how to trigger a page change through a command, and it's missing double-tap as it's the gesture I use most with my script, so I likely won't bother switching, but it's probably not that hard to do so if I had known about it last year I probably wouldn't have bothered with my version... Would be great to have it on this list :)

(EDIT: note the 'currently double-tap' note in my commit is outdated as it's been a while I've also implemented swipes as well; I'll update this if there seems to be interest in merging, but as said above I don't really mind either way)
